That's a Shmup: Air Zonk
February 5, 2010 - I haven't played any good side scrolling shooters in a long while. I've decided to opt for Air Zonk to fulfill my shmup intake requirement. It's a pretty good game with really charming gameplay and graphics. Apparently it's on the Wii Virtual Console for a few bucks, too.

December 28, 2009 - I'm back in Chicago now, and it feels good. Staying out in the suburbs with my boyfriend's family wasn't bad at all. I had some sort of meat-based meal each day I was there, and his family was extremely nice. The bus ride to and from Michigan wasn't all that great though.
